BATTLEFIELDS, BUNKERS, STRONGHOLDS, FORTIFICATIONS...

If you are interested in travelling and seek to discover places, which are rarely found in well-known guidebooks, you've come to the right place! We specialise in military, historical and active holidays and we invite all enthusiasts and hobbyists. Having a passion or a hobby is a wonderful thing that allows you to learn new things, discover new places and meet new people. Thanks to the Internet, we can now expand our knowledge in every area with just a click of the mouse. However, nothing can replace the feeling of exploring fascinating places, trying foreign cuisine and spending time in the way you want to alongside people with similar interests.

We specialize in discovering the most interesting and beautiful places in Central Europe (Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia). The history of this region of Europe is full of sites of turbulent past events which shaped the given country's architecture, flora and fauna, cuisine and traits of its people. The main factor contributing to the creation of the nature of that region were, unfortunately, the wars. The constant shifts in the borders over the centuries caused these regions to be passed on from ruler to ruler, each one having different preferences and lifestyles. However, after the departure of invaders, there always remained a part of their culture, art, architecture, culinary style or even their outlook on nature.

As the war raged on, many people were chased out of the homes and towns, which resulted in the lands becoming once more part of the nature, occupied by wild animals. You can still find brown bears and wolves (we recommend you keep your distance) in parts of Poland and Slovakia, as well as herds of European Bisons living on the border of Poland and Belarus. It is the war that that forced people to perfect the art of building large and sturdy fortifications. Fortunately today, in times of piece, we can admire and learn about the past's legacies. Many buildings of historical importance have been transformed into museums and have opened their doors to the public.

"MYSTERIES OF WWII"

During a war, each side tries to gain an advantage over the other through various ways: arsenal, outnumbering troops and secret intelligence. Both sides worked intently to crush their opponents with one final blow such as the V1, V2 rockets and the Enigma. What else have those armies and scientists quietly created in their dark, underground territories? Jet fighters, flying saucers, nuclear weapons - or perhaps something much scarier?
